    4 x 7 Questions

I'm looking to get the 4x7 Formula video soon after I feel comfortable with all the Clubbell® movements and variations. And my questions are:

To do the 4x7 Formula will I need a Plyometric Box and if so what are the dimensions? and does it use the Gym Rings? And if so does it teach you properly how to use them and if it doesn't where or with what source can I learn?

A plyo box is necessary - however, you may be able to use substitutes if you train at a gym - a sturdy bench may suffice.

The rings are not requried for the program outlined in the DVD.

Also, you dont necessarily have to go through ALL the basics before 4x7. Its a good way to get knee-deep into CST and get the feeling of incremental sophistication into your bones.
