    Here was yesterday's effort:

    Swipes, 15 sets x 9 reps = 135 reps
    Mills, 15 x 9R/9L = 135 reps
    Hammer swings, 8 x 9R/9L = 72 reps
    38 sets of 9 in 38 minutes with 25 lb clubbells = 342 total reps

    RPE = 8 on Swipes, 9 on Mills, 7 on Hammer Swings
    RPT = 8
    RPD = 3

    Comments:
    It will be awhile before I get close to Adam's record, but what a journey.

    Coach,

    Thank you for the challenge, I have enjoyed the journey trying to meet it, very inspiring. Here are the numbers for this mornings session:

    Swipes, 13 sets x 10 reps = 130 reps
    Mills, 13 x 10R/10L = 130 reps
    Hammer swings, 7 x 10R/10L = 70 reps
    33 sets of 10 in 33 minutes (32:26) with the 25 lb clubbells = 330 total reps

    RPE = 8-9 on Swipes, 9+ on Mills, 7 on Hammer Swings
    RPT = 8
    RPD = 3

    Comments:
    I used the Phi Ratcheting Sequence on page 252 of the Big Book of Clubbell® Training to design the program to achieve these numbers. My hands have become accustomed to the volume of training and I have had no problems with calluses or blisters.

    If I read the above correctly, that should do the trick...

    If so, how should I proceed. I did get it on tape.

    Cheers,

    Adam,

    I apologize for only now getting to this amazing accomplishment. Congratulations you beast! My personal best is only 24 minutes, 20 seconds. At this rate, you'll beat that number very soon. Since I have a weight and height advantage on you, this impresses me even more!

    I don't know how you found your way here to RMAX, Adam, but we're proud to have you. You're a superb teacher, communicator and athlete!

    A little late to the party...

    First attempt:
    25# TBF - 31:01

    Grip (and skin integrity) was the biggest factor after the halfway mark. I figure it shouldn't be too tough to chop a few minutes off that time, there were plenty of rest pauses to be shaved down. Getting down to 24-25 minutes, though... that might take leather palms.

    Keep working at it, guys! The prize is claimed, but it's still a huge rush!

    That's awesome Bro!!

    About the leather hands... Mine are just now starting to feel normal after my TBF run this summer. In fact, now that I think about it, they are a bit too soft...

    Great job Coach!
