very cool magazine! Now when is RMAX going to break down and publish a real one? There are certainly enough talented writers around here and enough content to last a lifetime. I'll take the first subscription!

You two out did yourselves on this. I know how hard you worked and the results are there.

What an excellent resource! Thank you both so much for putting this together! I also dig the interactive links to video samples. This is VERY helpful!

I wholeheartedly agree. DVD's are both necessary and useful, but there is still a place for the written word.Originally Posted by HereBeADragon

I'd like to see a delivery system related manual for each of the FlowFighting® delivery systems in addition to a prasara manual.
The thing about most Yoga books I have come across btw, is that they lack in three very important areas. One is on helping you to "self-diagnose" and decide which postures to employ, two is detailed enough descriptions about where you should be relaxing and flexing and the third is on beginner versions of each pose specifically designed to get you there.
(Heck, most Yoga classes and teachers lack in these area so this isn't surprising really)
This information could be in a monthly magazine, in book form or both.

Thank you gentlemen!
Extremely well done guys! This is gold!
Great, timely, primer with professional quality look to it. A lot of us 'newbies' in the Intu-Flow® phase of their CST training now get a hint of the wonderful world of Prasara awaiting us. I'm very impressed with what's coming out from Coach Hurst's and Coach Llano's work.
