- If you want to try out Clubbell® exercises before actually investing in the professional equipment, try a very light sledgehammer or a heavy hand hammer. Be careful, they're not designed for the task; hammers aren't kind to the head.
- Dedicate yourself 100% to putting those suggestions to actual test so you can experience the results.
- Follow-through the entire program regardless of the reasons which appear (you get your reasons, or your get your results, but not both.)
- Apply the proper balance of joint mobility, flow yoga and power conditioning - the "3 Wings of CST".
- Keep a daily training diary (in MY Daily Workout Blogs) of your external and internal experiences of both movement and food (without this, you're wandering through a labyrinth without a torch or a map).
