The Most FAQ: "How Do I Get Started?"

If you're new to the Circular Strength Training® System, here are the essential answers to the most frequently asked question, "How Do I Get Started?":
    • Write out your specific goals, near and long term in My Success Story Intro! so we can help you.
    • For FREE SAMPLE PROGRAMS, visit the World-Famous Scott Sonnon Core Cadre.com and wait for this month's video to load.
    • For FREE Tips, Suggestions and other Goodies, bookmark and explore my Flow Coach Blog!
    • Check out Sonnon Day Conditioning Montages, to study 20 of my personal CST metabolic conditioning circuits with exercise examples of all 3 '"wings" of CST integrated.
    • If you want to try out Clubbell® exercises before actually investing in the professional equipment, try a very light sledgehammer or a heavy hand hammer. Be careful, they're not designed for the task; hammers aren't kind to the head.
    • Dedicate yourself 100% to putting those suggestions to actual test so you can experience the results.
    • Follow-through the entire program regardless of the reasons which appear (you get your reasons, or your get your results, but not both.)
    • Apply the proper balance of joint mobility, flow yoga and power conditioning - the "3 Wings of CST".
    • Keep a daily training diary (in MY Daily Workout Blogs) of your external and internal experiences of both movement and food (without this, you're wandering through a labyrinth without a torch or a map).
    • OH! And Ask ALL QUESTIONS even if you think they've been covered before. We don't mind repeating a response ever!
    • By the way, stand up for a second from your computer. Yes, right now, please. Now exhale, and perform 3 circles with each joint of your body in each direction. Done? Then please finish! Okay, done now? Great! Now, you're ready to roll!

    Classes in Sydney

    Hello there,

I have bought the Prasara Yoga Quick Start Package (the book and DVD).

I'd like to get started, but I'm wondering whether it is possible to go to classes in SYdney, Australia which teach this stuff.

Is there anywhere you can recommend?

    Thank you,
    Jonathan Greenacre

    Hi Jonathan,

I will be in Sydney mid-August to teach some CST. I believe there are also some new certified instructors in your area. Contact Flow Academy for more details. brad@flowacademy.com.au

Hope to meet you while I'm there.

    Cheers,
    Adam

Wow Coach Steer... Sydney also, following Singapore?

    You are busy!

If you can let me know more details there are some people I'll let know about that... what kind of seminar are you doing?

    hello,

coach sonnon, recently had a thought about this subject. it came up when talking with coach haggard.

seems like the most important ingredient to "getting started" is to actually start... actually make that decision.

have met several who say "count me in" and then back out. they choose inaction, yet still seek "a way to lose weight, get fit, or whatever".

apologies if this sounds like a rant, just not sure what causes people to overlook obvious benefits, benefits they claim to be searching for, and simply not reach out and grab hold.

visitors, if you are looking for a better workout, or a better way, check out the material here at rmax. check out material elsewhere too. do yourself a favor and MAKE THE DECISION TO TAKE ACTION. make the benefits yours.

    gotta live it.

    thanks
