I went through Coach Hurst's IC Prep class this year before Bellingham Tau Cadre. I was glad I did. I was prepared mentally and physically and with the class's forum I already knew several of the students when I arrived at the seminar. You will get feedback on your logs and video logs from Coach Hurst and other coaches and head coaches. As far as I know, everyone that has taken the class and gone to the seminar made certification.

The course is 8 weeks long and starts 9 weeks before the seminar so it probably won't be advertised until June or July. Right now you can email Amber at info@goldmedalbodies.com she will answer your questions. Good luck!

The course starts 9 weeks before the certification and lasts 8 weeks so you will have a week of rest before the seminar. I will say the seminar energy level is powerful, you will discover some hidden potential during the three days. It is the best program with the best people with the best intentions creating quite a buzz. Post seminar my experience has been life changing. Now, I have been getting all sorts of folks coming to me asking for help without seeking any of this out. So the seminar aura is still being noticed. My best to you Raul.
