    Happy Thanksgiving!

For our family, Thanksgiving takes on special significance. We have been so blessed with the opportunity to spend our lives helping others, with the privilege of your company, your stories and your successes and with the honor of living a healthy life.

Now more than ever, we must realize that health is a luxury we cannot afford to squander and a gift we cannot afford to keep to ourselves. If we don't give it to others - or "pay it forward" - it does no one any good.

10 years ago, we started this company founded upon a mission: to facilitate grass-root social transformation through a "health first" physical movement method.

Tomorrow, when we give thanks, we will have each and every one of you in our thoughts, for giving us the opportunity of making that mission a reality!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of the RMAX nation!

The same best wishes from me to all The Tribe.

Tomorrow, in addition to being blessed with a wonderful family and, (flight schedules and weather permitting) a time and place to gather with them to celebrate, we'll also be thinking of so many friends in other places and situations - not all of them conducive to health and happiness - and praying for their continued well-being and a safe journey home.

And let me add my wishes for a blessed Thanksgiving to all the tribe, whether you're in a country that celebrates it right now or not!

I found out last night that our small feast will have two more additions, and for this I am grateful. This is a welcome time of strengthening old bonds and forging new ones. And for that, I am thankful.

Also, thank you Coach for the wonderful surprise in my email this morning. I will do my best to pay it forward.

    Best wishes to the tribe.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! May you and yours enjoy your time together.

Anyone else planning on a bit of extra "compensatory" practice to account for all the plate to mouth deadlifts?

A year of challenges and victories, new friendships and farewells, for all of these things I am thankful. I am thankful to all of you for welcoming me back to the Tribe after my absence and your encouragement and support. May you all have a Happy Thanksgiving and be able to share it with those you love.

I have so much to be thankful for that I won't attempt to list everything here.
Be sure that CST/RMAX is definitely near the top of that list.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!
