    belated intro

I went looking for whatever intro I thought I'd posted, and I can't find one. Turns out I've been rudely mostly-lurking for over a year. Sorry about that.

I'm part of the training group Slade (Coach Billew) runs in Richmond, VA. I'm also a tribal belly dancer & dance teacher in my spare time, so many of my CST goals center on being a better, happier, healthier performer and a more open/aware instructor... and balancing that with a desk job.

    Welcome to the Forum, April!

It's always great to see one of Slade's people here. He's a great coach, and a hell of a good egg as well.

Greetings, April. Slade is a great guy to train with.

Although I'm not much involved other than a sometime audience, there's a huge Tribal/Belly Dance community(?)in this area: Southern Oregon. When I'm watching, it all makes great sense, looks like great fun to boot...I just don't have time for one more activity at this point!

Look forward to reading more of your discoveries and adventures.

Couldn't agree more. I'm thrilled on a regular basis to have the privilege of training with him.
