My name is Wes Tower. As far as background, most of my fitness training comes from 16 years of military service, and a long term interest in Okinawan Karates and Baguazhang. A close friend of mine introduced me to Clubbell® and Cicular training about a year ago. I'll admit to only having dabbled in light training regimes with it so far, but I'm going to try to take the training far more serious these days. After hitting 36 and finding that the regimes I did when younger were just to damaging to my general health.
