Ok, the Ageless Mobility® thread led me to believe it was in a sense a distillation of much of Intu-Flow.
So I wasn't going to get it but I am so glad I did.
It in no way seems to be that!
It involves much more of the 'stretching' poses I always felt I really needed in addition to the dynamic Intu-Flow movements. As such It seems a perfect complement to Intu-Flow.
My overall goal is mobility and pain freedom!
How would this best fit with Intu-Flow? I would guess doing each every other day?
Would AM Intu-Flow and PM/post workout Ageless Mob be overkill?!
