Smile Thanks to all - The Path Seminar 2/10/07

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Path Seminar this weekend. Between Coach Bao's advice ("its totally worth it") to the news that this would be the last Path Seminar, I decided to take a chance and traveled to Portland this weekend for a one day seminar with Coach Sonnon and Steve Barnes.

We trained in FlowFit®. We discussed discussed meditation, balance, health and movement. We trained more FlowFit®. We worked on applying the ideas, models and concepts we were discussing into movement. Lots to work on. Lots to think about. Lots to work on. Physically, intellectually, emotionally - it was a challenge.

I just wanted to post a thankyou to all involved for an amazing day. Coach Scott, Steve, the coaches and all of the participants were awesome.

My only regret is that I wish the seminar was longer

And thanks to Mushtaq for joining us. He and Coach shared their knowledge in a great knife seminar.

The next day, my body and brain are sore...

    but in a good way

    Talking Brian Rizzieri

    Sean,
I was at the seminar also. And,like you, I'm sore.
The presentations were incredible, dealing with the meaning of life as well as how to stay in shape. Unless a person has been on his or her own path I don't believe they could understand how meaningful yesterday was. I left in quiet awe of my good fortune. I must thank everyone involved for this opportunity.
Tomorrow I will exercise as taught at the seminar. Tomorrow I will work on a fear, a goal and a challenge. And tomorrow I will share what I was taught so that the pebble that was thrown in my pond yesterday will have created a wave that touches others.-brian

I have to say I enjoyed the Path and found that I am excited to see what happens next....

Scott was correct my coughing stopped almost completly on Sunday, but I still slept the sleep of the dead.

Thank you everyone for helping create a great Path to Excellence.

Yo Sean! Thanks for the review. It really caught the flavor of the seminar.

I was energized on Sunday too.

    The Last Path Seminar

That's true. No more "Path" seminars. But the material is about to evolve, with the experience we've had teaching, the feedback from students, and the fact that we'll have a DVD that will help people understand what we're actually doing. Don't grieve over a label, people--Scott and I aren't going away anytime soon. Sometimes, one thing has to die so that something even more wonderful can be born. The best is yet to come...

    Steve
