RMAX Powered Training Studio in Seattle

I am pleased to announce the opening of the first RMAX Powered Personal Training Studio in Seattle. Located in the Ballard neighborhood, Full Circle Strength & Conditioning will open for business on March 1, 2007. The first group classes will be offered on March 6, 2007 in the 600 square foot facility. A Grand Opening is being planned for early April.

After extensive market research, which focused on consumer wants and training approaches, I settled on offering smaller, limited size classes. Existing establishments could not fulfill the demand nor training space for CST, or lacked the ability to provide the interaction required to properly instruct CST Athletes. Opening my own training studio allows me to provide more hands-on instruction, and also allows me complete control over the schedule and availability.

Due to the small class size, I am encouraging reservations. I am pleased to report that two of the three classes are sold out, and plans to add more classes are in the works. Additionally, several clients are already lined up private or semi-private sessions.

This is a no-frills, health first, results driven environment. While some of my former strength training equipment will make it into the studio, they will only be used in a manner consistent with the RMAX principles. clubbells and RMAX products will dominate the training environment.

This great news would not be complete without thanking Coach Sonnon, Coach Ilano and Coach Hurst for their support and advice, and to Coach Bentz for working with me in 2006. A huge thank you goes out to my wife, Andrea, for her support, strength, faith and encouragement, which is making this business possible.

Please visit www.fullcirclestrength.com to see the offerings, schedules and eventually some pictures.

    Joel,

My sincere congratulations! This is great news for all of us. I have been thinking about doing something like this for quite a while now. I'll be interested to see how your project proceeds. Maybe we can sit down for a bit at Lambda to share ideas...
