ive just got my body flow book and still waiting on the videos.
a few days ago iwas training with a youger friend of mine on a veriety of of things and i wanted to share with him this exercise i seen coach sannon do called a neck roll.i was already telling him how im gonna be starting biomechanical exercises and wanted to show him a basic idea of what i knew about it at this early stage of my practice.anyways i was talking and showing him some rolls and diving rolls and with out notice i atempted to do a neck roll(i never tried it yet)but i wached it a lot of times and it seemd so weird and painfull,lol.but as i got on the ground turned my head to the side and without warning i went for it.and bam,i wasnt sure how i did it but i did a neck roll.jumped up from exitement(we had a camera rolling)to view what i have done.i was amazed. this move,this exercise was looking freeky.but atempting it again felt amazing,again and again it felt amazing.my friend was worried about the walfare of my neck and my exitment was scaring him.but i told him my neck feels fine.in fact it feels better them before i did this
after this amazing night ive been practicing this neck roll and freaking out my family with it.
just wanted to share this funny story.i was really thinking that this exercise was out of my reach.but the more i do it now the more rewarding it feels.
