    clubbbells: encyclopedia vs. bigbook ?

    i currently have #15 clubbells, cb circular training dvd, and the bigbook. what would the encyclopedia offer me that i don't already have in these products? thanks in advance

    I wrote a review a little while back that might be helpful. The Encyclopedia goes into far more detail into more exercises than the older CB4CST video, and disc 1 contains a lecture/demonstration on key components of structure that is critical to safe and proper training. You can get that info out of the big book, but most folks have trouble applying it until they've seen it.
