CST Instructor RMAX Athlete Ryan Williams WINS XFO MMA Championship Title Belt!

We would like to officially congratulate Ryan Williams on his championship showing at the X-Treme Fighting Championships 15. Seeing the transformation he had over the CST and FlowFighting® seminars has been a privilege. I consider it an honor to work with athletes of Ryan's courage and determination.

Please join me in congratulating Ryan on his title belt!!!

    Williams captures XFO title
By Ray Hui on March 24, 2007
Check back later tonight for pictures from the event.
Ryan Williams overwhelmed Kevin Cooley with ground and pound early in the fight to capture the XFO 170-pound title formerly held by Mark Miller, who vacated the belt when he signed an exclusive contract with the IFL to fight for the Chicago Red Bears.
In the standing clinch, Williams peppered Cooley with knees to the stomach before securing the takedown. Williams then unloaded with shots on the ground until Cooley was forced to tap out at 1:20 of the first round.

~ The life of a Chaser seemed to fit Ottum like well-made armor. She hunted and killed evil without questioning the path her life had taken - until the day evil started hunting her. In that dark moment, Ottum's past and present collided to shatter what she once believed to be unquestionable truth.

Congratulations on the title!! That's GREAT! You were impressive at FlowFighting®, and now this too!

PS - do they let you keep the girls, or just the belt?
