Hello all, my name is Brian Grossnickle, I live in the mountains of New Mexico. My family and I moved here 5 years ago where we are currently planning and installing a 20 acre organic fruit orchard. I also run my pottery studio from here where I make clay cookware.

For the last year and half I have been strength training with kettlebells, and through that I heard about clubbells and Scott Sonnon. I have not yet ordered a set of clubbells but will be doing so very soon.

Sounds like a great adventure you're having in New Mexico, and embarking on another with RMAX.

I worked as and with a potter some years ago. Didn't have RMAX then but it could have only helped for all that heavy lifting, pushing, kneading, stirring glazes etc.

clubbells are major fun, but you might also want to look at Intu-Flow®, or Ageless Mobility® as a way of compensating for the above-mentioned activities. And of course all the digging, pruning, lifting etc. you'll be doing with the trees.
