PHASE IV contains four phases. It's in the article:Then read the TRAINING SCHEDULE.PHASE I Precharge Technique Increase your neurological efficiency and perfect your neuromuscular groove.
PHASE II Prepare Volume Once your technique grooves, add volume.
PHASE III Preload Intensity Once your volume meets the target, drop down volume and add weight.
PHASE IV Precreate Density Once you hit target weight in both events, drop down weight and decrease the rest period between events.
