    research articles: Circular Strength Training®

    Hello!
I´m a biomechanics student from faculty of sport and health sciences from Europe. I lost to this pages and I get interested about the subject. I would like to know if there is research done about Circular Strength Training®...What are the all terms or names for Circular Strength Training® (so I can search from scientific databases). If you have good ideas conserning research on CST, I would be thankful to hear them.
    Thanks in advance...

    Hi uiu

Introduce yourself and register on the main forums. Jarlo and I might be able to help you some, but you're going to have to be very, very specific.

If anything, the research is likely to be a parallel investigation into CST -like themes, rather then CST itself. I could be wrong - I've not trawled all the various online databases.

Register, then check out my "Hard Science" post to see what I mean.
