    Newbie intro

    Hi

I'm Abi. I'm a student in the Uk. I used to dive for my county but due to things getting in the way, generally life, i have been out of training of any kind for a while and have started to get back into it.

A friend introduced me to Coach Sonnon's information and so i thought i'd check out more and see what it was about.

    Thank you Coach

Well i have rather specific requirements. I am a mild form of Marfans syndrome meaning i have more unstable joints than most. This is one of the main reasons i was pointed to CST as there is an emphasis on joint health and stability.

I have been medically cleared for exercise given that not doing anything can make things worse, although i have to be picky about what i do.

Welcome, Abi. The "intuitive" part of CST training might be especially useful to you, since it sounds like you have to monitor carefully what you attempt.
Let us know how it goes.

    Hello Abi !

You are certainly in a good spot here with CST! Please carefully check out the DVD 'Intu-Flow®'. At first, just sit back and watch it (there's a lot of goodies!). Then, explore the exercises carefully.

Thank you, I shall check out the DVD suggested and ask questions, I have no doubt!

    Tony,

Thank you, it's on order now and I hope it'll help. Any suggestions about what may be good for me, or things to avoid?

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you, I shall hopefully be able to report good progress soon, it'll be great to get back into training again, my aim is to start trampolining again as soon as my joints will allow it.
