Sorry I didn't get my goals recorded. I had trouble last week with the new thread & emailed my goals & 1st week directly! My goal is to integrate the 4x7's with my established workout schedule and to increase my Clubbell® strength & technique.
Day #9-Aug.21-medium-Pilates class 1hr., approx. 19 to 20 moves, levels 3 & 4. clubbells 1/2 hr., reviewed Xtension DVD re: technique, rock-it drills with 10lbs.
Day #10-Aug.22-high-55min's clubbells with 10lbs on all 2 handed moves. 10 min's Flow-Fit. 10 min's cool down with yoga & Pilates.
