    CST saved my neck

    Hi Rmaxers,
Just writing to thank Scott for saving my neck last night at judo. I'm a very new player to judo so my ukemi is not flash. Additionally, I have had neck problems for years due to a whiplash incident. So when I was thrown directly on my head last night [body completely inverted] I absolutely expected a sickening crunch and an injury that would keep me occupied for a year or two.

Instead, I felt the cervical vertebra compress together smoothly on impact. Then as I lay on the floor, face twisted in terror, I suddenly realised I had no pain in my neck at all. Now it's the morning after and pain has still failed to show. Wooo!

I'm convinced that my lucky escape had everything to do with the months of daily prehab I have put into my body with Intu-Flow®. Thanks to Intu-Flow® I was able to learn a valuable lesson about falling without paying for it in injury. Thanks Scott!

    Adam,

A near calamity avoided! Congratulations on all of your great preparation! Most people don't realize how many near-traumatic events they have avoided through improved coordination. Well done!

Adam, I had a serious altercation with a drinking fountain today. Actually, I barely touched it and was past it before I knew it was there. My rib cage just moved out of the way.

I'm glad you're safe, and understand completely where you're coming from. Have fun with the judo! You've got my envy there.
