    Gothenburg, Sweden October 6, 2007

We’re pleased to announce that RMAX Faculty Coach Ryan Murdock will be in Gothenburg, Sweden for a one-day CST event on October 6, 2007.

This is Europe’s first CST seminar with a member of the RMAX Faculty Coaching Staff – an opportunity for world-class training that you can’t afford to miss.

Participants will be guided through an exploration of several core CST programs:
    • Intu-Flow® – CST’s flagship joint mobility and joint health program
    • FlowFit® – Health and fitness on the hurry-up – a revolutionary program that offers optimum results in 12-14 min, 3x per week
    • Prasara Yoga –Release accumulated tension and remove the parking brake from peak performance as you learn to “Flow without thought
    • TACFIT – The elite circuit training program from Coach Sonnon’s RMAX Gym, designed to promote “tactical fitness” for the real life action hero – fire fighters, police officers, military, and competitive fighters
    • Ageless Mobility®– CST’s flagship program for pain-free wellness and longevity

    About the Seminar

This will be a full and rigorous day of training, but prior experience of CST is not necessary to get the full benefit from the material. Coach Murdock excels at crafting exercise variations to challenge participants of all ability levels, from beginner to elite, and two CST-certified assistants will be on hand to ensure that everyone receives individual coaching attention.

We’ll begin the day with a top to bottom Intu-Flow® joint mobility session. This will prime our joints for the work to come, lubricating them with synovial fluids and decompressing them. We will then be ready for our introduction to FlowFit®, a unique bodyweight exercise approach that you can take anywhere – from the gym to the hotel room - and that you perform without equipment for full-body health on the hurry-up. FlowFit® will heat our cores to the boiling point, and will prime us for a slow-and-deep exploration of CST’s unique Prasara Yoga. Two flows will be presented from the Series-A Prasara curriculum: Tumbleweed (a neck and spine opener, and psoas and hip strengthener) and Flock of Pigeons (a hip opener and knee and ankle strengthener).

After lunch (eat lightly!) participants will be treated to a full TACFIT session. Real-world fitness to meet real-world needs, TACFIT will challenge you to push past your limits and reach levels of performance that you never would have imagined possible. Each program can be done at three different levels of difficulty, so this will be accessible to everyone. Finally, we’ll warm down and go deeper with a full hour of Ageless Mobility®. You’ll find and release areas of tension that you never knew you had, and you’ll prime your recovery from the day’s work so that you’re ready to go again tomorrow – stronger, smoother, and more efficient than you were the day before.

Be sure to see Coach Ola Lindblom while you’re there - our host, and the top CST in Europe. He’ll be launching classes in each of these areas in Gothenburg very soon. He will also be offering RMAX products at discounted rates, including DVD’s of the programs we cover, on event day only.

We look forward to meeting you, and to striving towards our maximum potential together.

I'm very excited to be a part of this, the first full-on CST seminar in Europe.

I travelled to Glasgow with the RMAX Faculty in 2005 for the Hardwork seminar, where we introduced RMAX martial art to the EU, but this is the first big CST event.

We'll cover material from all 3 Wings of CST, and there'll be some intense work sessions - including a chance to experience a day in the life of a UFC fighter with Coach Sonnon's cutting edge TACFIT training. See Coach's blog for details. I've been using that same material in my own training, and a couple of my high profile clients are running through a variation (same energy system work, but with the movements tweaked for their game). The one thing that amazed me most - apart from how gruelling this can be - is the rate of adaptation of a CST athlete. I went from barely being able to walk after the first session, to no residual pain at all after session three, and a tripling of my output. You'll love this stuff...

I'm also really looking forward to my first visit to Sweden. I have a lot of friends there. A friend from my hometown who now lives outside Gothenburg, and a pair of hardcore travelling Swedes who shared the perils of the road with me in the steppes and deserts of Mongolia, and the rooftop of the world heights of Tibet. The trip will be a bit of a reunion for me, as well as a day of shared exploration of human potential...

    Hope to see you there!

Off to the airport in an hour or so to cross the pond. I look forward to meeting and training all of you in Sweden. It's an honour to be involved in the worldwide spread of CST.

I'm not sure how large Swedish training halls are but I think we can squeeze a few more in, so register now and join us for this Saturday's event!

    Hey Joseph,

I don't have much internet access at the moment, visiting friends in stockholm and then off to france tomorrow for a writing assignment, but Ola should be posting some photos from the seminar soon. Went very well. The participants did a pile of work, including a gruelling tacfit session that everyone really stepped up to. And Ola and I got to do a lot of extra training while i was in town. I think it was a pretty solid event.
