    Favorite Exercise

    Whats everone's Favorite Exercise to do with CB's??

    Mine I would have to say 1 handed swipes or Clean to orders.

    It's not the "official" name of the exercise... but I call them 'helicopters' since the Clubbell® motion resembles the rotary wing motion... for new students, they can be done slowly with the Clubbell® always pointing toward the ground... as the core strength and articulation develop (particularly the wrist-over-wrist transition in front) it can be done faster until the Clubbell® "flies" through the whole range of motion.

    All of the grinds, but especially parry cast, shield cast, iron cross, head cast. Oh and the fwd & side leverages.

    So then, really pretty much *all* of the grinds ;-)
