Hello to everyone, Coach Sonnon,

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

My name is Richard Ray, I am 40 years old, married with three children and life in Cleveland Ohio USA. I own and operate a Dojo full time and teach Genbukan Martial arts, Multi-art grappling and others.

I started training in martial arts at the age of five and have earned instructor rankings in a few different arts. I started weight training at age 10. Also at this time began a life long love of physical culture in general, I have training/experience and interest in many different types of exercise/health/well-being programs.

I am attracted to Coach Sonnons work due to a student of mine who loaned me some DVD's. I love the result producing effects and general feeling of health and mobility.

I hope to learn much here and to contribute if and when I can.
