I wonder if anyone else remembers the ancient and venerable 5BX routine?
It was originally published during the 1960's (IIRC) for use by the Royal Canadian Air Force as GPP. Composed of 5 exercise done in 11 minutes. One would progress up several stages (from D- to A+) then go onto a new set of 5.
(Wait, let me see if I can google it up... aha, here it is.
I was just thinking to myself today "Wouldn't that be a great way to work with clubs? Alter the basic 5 bodyweight exercises to 5 club exercises but follow the rep & time progression etc"
