It was a benefit program when becoming a SSCC. I do not believe it has been released.

Shane,I think you saw this title at the Scott Sonnon Core Cadre page (http://www.rmaxinternational.com/hom...17&Itemid=379).
There had been a webisode called FlowFit® 108 (but I noticed it isn't on that cadre page anymore). I don't have any details on it, maybe someone in the cadre can answer your question. Also, the number 108 has great significance in so many different cultures, religions, belief systems (see: http://www.hknet.org.nz/108meaning.html).

Yes, The FlowFit® 108 Program will be published in the Scott Sonnon Core Cadre within another week. We filmed it in Italy much to the chagrin of the counter-terrorist operators testing it out.![]()
Coach, may we get a hint of why the number "108"? I know the number has great significance in so many cultures, religions and belief systems(see: http://www.hknet.org.nz/108meaning.html). For example, in my Korean martial art (Ho Kuk Mu Sul; think kook sool won), there is a Buddhist temple in Korea where Korean Shaolin-style monks train. The stairway leading up to the temple has 108 steps and they use every step for some kind of grueling exercise.

In Krinitsa, on the Black Sea of Southern Russia, there were 108 stairs (called or "Lestnitsa Korshchmara" or the "Nightmare Stair") leading to the top where the border guard watched over the waters. Each morning we would need to sprint up the stairs, and run down the other side of the mountain, before we would begin morning practice. Whether the number was accidental or not considering the pan-cultural relevance was never disclosed. Fortunately it was before breakfast, so we never had any meal to hurl.
However, 108 are the number of beads on my mala, and exercises, repetitions and even breaths can act as a form of meditation for me.
Thanks all. I am glad that my mind wasn't playing tricks on me :-) Will this program ever be released on DVD ?

Shane,
No, it's highly unlikely. I can be much more productive (as well as much "greener") while I'm traveling abroad by making my special programs available digitally to my elite members in the Scott Sonnon Core Cadre. There are still memberships available if you join now! See you there!
Shane,
The Scott Sonnon Core Cadre membership seems like a “good chunk of change” to put down at one time. I debated over several weeks. I even filled out the purchase form three times. Fortunately I joined after the New Year, the start of good intentions… It helped me decide by making a couple of personal lists: pro joining vs... con, and probable expenses on health & fitness over 2008.
I became a Scott Sonnon Core Cadre member and glad I did! The benefits are dramatically outstripping the initial cost. And knowing Coach Sonnon for over 10 years, this is just the tip of the iceberg!!
As advertised… “Only $249 Per Year! -- Just $0.68 a Day!” My opinion – A BARGIN!!!
