    compressed nerve in neck c5

Hi i am new to this forum stuff but have a few rmax products. I have been diagnosed with a compressed nerve in my neck at C5 and was wondering if anyone has any advice please? I have been injured for about 4 months and have not been able to train, it is very depressing and i need some help.

    Mallen5,

I can understand how frustrating it is to be injured and being unable to train the way you want to. But if you've got a medical condition and diagnosis, your 'training' is to do the specific rehabilitation work that your doc, PT, DC, etc. gave you for your condition.

RMAX products like Intu-Flow are excellent for pre-habilitation (preparing the body for potential injury), and post-rehabilitation (after you've been cleared by your doctor to train). But they are not tools for rehabilitation, which is the stage you're in -- unless they are specifically prescribed by the medical professional who is managing your care for your condition.

It's tempting to try to elicit advice over the internet at times like this. But someone who is not intimately familiar with your condition could recommend something that could easily stall your recovery, or exacerbate the condition. That's not the best outcome for you long term.
