    Judy's Turn

Hi All! As some of you may recall, I was a member of the old forum. I have had some problems with access to the new forum this past week. Nothing that some determination (which I have in great supply) and time (which seemed to be scarce recently) couldn't solve. I found some extra time, worked out the problem, and now I can finally read the new forum again!

I am a business executive and engineer (non-degreed) working in wireless communications. My academic background was in medical science and business, but serendipity led me to my career, which I enjoy. I live, work, and play in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area.

I am a competitive amateur ballroom dancer in my spare time. I study and compete in both Standard (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, etc.) and Latin (Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, etc.). I am really keen on continuously improving myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I use kettlebells, clubbells, Zdorovye, Be Breathed, Slavyanskiy Byeg, Flow State Performace Spiral, Body Flow, yoga, and grappling moves to improve myself and my dancing. I also use Coach Davies' Renegade Training and Pavel's Power to the People, stretching, and joint mobility ideas.

I practice, play, and/or train in some way almost every day. I have a major dance competition in Atlanta in 2 weeks and a showcase in 3 weeks, so I have a lot on my plate right now.

I have received a great deal of assistance, knowledge, and feedback from the members of the Tribe. It is wonderful to have this new forum and to see so many new people participating.

    Judy

    Hi Judy,

Welcome to the Tribe! I was wondering does the tribe have a name yet?
I learned some thing from a post you had on the old forum. Good to have you here.

    Judy,
There is another individual, who cannot post to the forum. What difficulties did you experience and how did you solve them? Could you please post your answer to the Technical Support section?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Judy,

I was kinda wonderin' when I'd see your name up here. Nice to see you made it in spite of some early difficulties. I'm lookin forward to your questions and insights, especially coming from a field (dancing) that seems so foriegn to me.

    Talk to ya later,
    Coach Szolek
