I just received my copy of Coach Sonnon’s new book, Free to Move. I found it to be a wonderful completion to the CST trilogy based on the three wings.
I came to CST nearly 5 years ago when I was introduced to joint mobility. As a bodyworker practicing applied kinesiology I immediately recognized the translation of joint mobility to vitality. As we stimulate and balance the myofascial and energetic medians, prana can flow freely through our being. Coach Sonnon uses vibration as the measuring stick for reference to health and vitality through mobility.
Similar to component learning, Coach Sonnon’s writing style presents a theme idea, reinforces it with an analogy so that the concept is more graspable, and then returns to the theme premise. I personally thoroughly enjoy his writing style, and the paradigm shift created by his delivery. Free to Move is a message and guide to a practice that blends philosophy and science.
This book is a must have for one’s health and wellness library. Though the concepts and practice need not be collecting dust on a shelf, they should be applied to deepening one’s personal practice.
Best to you in exploring your unique potential,
Namaste
Joseph
