    Energy when run down

Hello all, I was wondering what aside from caffeine is out there to help out to boost your energy when you are really tired, especially at night. As a student, even if you have amazing time management skills there will always be "those nights." Some light FlowFit® or Intu-Flow® helps, I was just wondering what other ideas or options there are to give you a boost.

    Brad,

I often use the panting method of breathing outlined on the RESET series when i need a quick boost of energy, or when i find myself getting drowsy when trying to work.

I too have benefited from what Coach M mentioned. It really does the job for me.
