10,000 hours Rule toward Self Mastery

Click here: “Talent is Underrated” book

Coach Sonnon said that fitness is not a sprint but a Marathon. I think this is so true and other subject matter experts are supporting this view. Please check out the books and authors on my blog page. Watch the the interviews and read their books because it may change the way you see and experience success your daily practices.

    Enjoy.

I've read the studies underpinning this theory before in my behavioural studies module. I think I shall pick up this book along with a copy of The Inner Athlete. Both well-recommended behavioural science reading for human performance.

In 2009 I will write series of personal stories about my life and what I did to become successful based on Gladwellian logic. I know some of my friends think that my social skills were innate or a natural talent, but they do not know I have spent many hours developing it or the people in life that helped me to bring it out, and the circumstances/environment that forced me develop my social skills. If it were for my social skills, I could have not made an impact in the fitness industry.

My story begins with Mr. Peter and the racism I experienced as young boy in NYC.
