    The amazing thing is how relatively still you are while doing it, and the lack of visible strain.

    For me the weirdest aspect about the challenge is that this dude thinks bodyweight training cannot create strength. Scott, anyone that have seen you do Spider Monkey or even the Forest flow will know that you are strong. This guy obviously comes from the school of thought that believes that strong people cannot move well. Go figure!!!
