Hello to everyone out there -
I have been lurking here for a week or so, and some of my questions about Coach Sonnon's stuff have been answered - but mostlyI just have more questions.
One thing that I would really like to know is what IS Warrior Wellness? I know they are BME's, and it seems like they are kinetic stretches, among other things...But it is hard to tell without SEEING it.
Now, I'm not trying to get something for free, no, but I would like to see perhaps one movie of one motion so that I can get a little better understand of what seems to be a major foundation of everyone's daily routine.
