Hi Coach Sonnon,
I enjoy practising hindu pushups, hindu squats etc but am wondering what
alternatives there are in your system & which of your tapes would cover this?
kind regards,
Michael Allen

I look forward to reading the article Scott.
I guess they are the Squat, deadlift, bench and pull-ups of bodyweight exercises. By that I mean the big gainers.
Thanks for the reply Coach Sonnon,
I look forward to reading the article

is there anywhere that describes the exercises mentioned above by coach sonnon? i've seen quad hops from Body Flow (and have been practicing them, a lot tougher than i first thought) but not familiar with the other three.
Hey Coach, what's up?
I looked at the table of contents for Body-Flow posted by SFE and found SPinal rocks, Quad Hops as exercises 19 and 16 respectively. However the multi-planar bridges and trinity squats i couldn't find. I think the Trinity Squats are exercises 26-28 (springing tripod single, hopping and double) but I am not sure which BME's comprise the multi-planar bridges.
I'd rather you put the references in the article instead of replying to this message (so other people don't have to troll through this list for the info, assuming they know it's here). But you're free to do both (as if you didn't know that anyway).
Thankfully in advance

I'm in the same boat as Mr. Inflexible...I've scoured the site, and my copy of Body-Flow,
Maximology & Be Breathed, but cannot seem to find Trinity squats or the multi-planar bridging.
Apologies if my ADD is kicking in; the information is hiding in plain sight, no doubt.

They're recent exercises I've developed. I don't have any plans on releasing more information at this time, considering people are already confused as to how to sift through everything I've already put out there. I'm focusing at this time on helping people work through their idiosyncratic issues, rather than overwhelming them by thinking that they have "more" that they must do.
