40th birthday, I look in the mirror. The body seems younger but the face seems older. WTH is that all about? Anyone have a face cream version of exercise? LOL. Feels like I'm just beginning life, though, with all these blessings. A complete reversal of my childhood. Thank you, my friends. It's been such a joy to train, grow and evolve with you.
