    Israeli Commando TACFIT Challenge

The Israeli Commando TACFIT Challenge: Can You Complete all 20 Rounds? Each minute on the minute complete 6 Quad Hop to Flat Foot Squat, 6 Knee Drop Spinal Rocks to Butterfly, 6/6 Springing Tripods, 6/6 Swinging Planks. If you don't get all of the reps finished in 60 sec, you don't get credit for the round. Can you hang with some of the toughest warriors on the planet? Post your score.

We're posting a video soon for those who don't know the exercises.

This definitely falls into the (achievable) goal category.

Would it be cheating if I snuck up on this by working the same exercises through each of the TacFit timing protocols?

Yep, that looks a challenge, and on the min/every min - my favourite!!! Looks like it was hard and on it over there!

Man, the best I could do was to alternate between 2 rep sets and 4 rep sets... I'm currently working with the Tacfit Commando program - maybe my challenge numbers will improve after the first cycle of Tacfit Commando...

Johnny, I've tapped out professionals - who had only done linear training - with only the grunt level of 4 reps / min. Only some of the secret service and the counter-terrorism trainers passed muster - and not all of them. It may be simple, but it ain't easy.

I saw a great video Coach Murdock did working out in the snow, tacfit style, I forgot to save it, and I can't seem to find it anymore.

    any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks
