I got indo board, and on the dvd they ask for blance that you tuck in your pelvise and keep your knees lose. the knee problem isnt one but to tuck in your pelvise im not sure if it goes againts the cts posture to keep crown and coccyx aligneds unless you tuck in your chin or put your chin forward. when i say againts the cts posture i mean to keep the curve in the spine to absorbe the sock.
Last thing, any trick for grip with clubells when sweating? as time goes by after the first set i cant keep a good grip. The clubells seem to slip off because of the sweat. is it better to get training gloves or to use an other method?
any suggestion is a preciated.
