    Workout Dizzyness

I am working through Tacfit Commando. I finished mission 2 about a week ago and have not been comfortable working out since, here's the story.
About half way through mission 2 I would gt light headed after the last exercise ( it's a bridging exercise)I wasn't to concerned because my heart spent most of the 8 min. above my head. As the mission proceeded I would have to lay down or sit up for increasing lengths of time before getting to my feet otherwise all of the blood left my head, by the second to last cycle that light headed feeling would last for 3-5 min. On the last cycle I had the same problems on the Mod-Int day, at this point I stopped all exercise.
For the following week all I did was Intu-Flow® and felt fine. On Mon I started Mission 3 for the first 2 days I was fine then yesterday was the Mod day. I noticed that dizzy feeling a little during the warrior lunge and had a stupid moment and continued to the swinging knee plank. Two rounds later I was ready to pass out, so I ended the workout.
    RPE was 5-6
I'm looking for ideas of where to look for a problem so I can seek the correct help or take the necessary steps to try and correct the problem myself.
On a side note but possibly related even though I haven't had a real workout schedule for almost 2 weeks I'm still getting leaner, and I let my diet slip some to try and increase calorie's and fat intake.

Thanks for any idea's on where to start if any,
    Chris
PS I have a low resting HR I checked it about 2 weeks ago and it was 47bpm. I have always had a low resting HR usually around 58bpm.

    Update,

Talked to a friend who is a GP, no strenuous exercise with abnormal movements for a couple of weeks.
    His thoughts are
    1. That I might have displaced a little bone in my ear responsible for my equilibrium

    2. I have abnormally low Blood pressure

    3. The little ear bone being displaced actually caused motion sickness(basic ear bone sends funny signal to body and body over reacts somewhere else and you get nauseated )

    4. All of the above

To check the BP I'll need to get a BP cuff. Until then drink more fluids than I know what to do with and stop all this funny rolling around on the ground.

As a side he became very interested in CST as I showed him what I was doing. Seemed willing to try it out

Any suggestions to maintain already awesome gains on TFC would be greatly appreciated,
    Chris
