I think the server really hates me. Tried to login after yet another system reinstall and, yet again, it doesn't recognise my password. Sent away for a password reset, but I still haven't received an email. Much obliged to anyone who can help!
EDIT: It seems to have spread to my BER subscription, too!
James, why don't you send them an email? You'll probably get a faster resolution that way than you will here.
Already did.
Having the same problem on my end. I can not get my Tacfit commando OR the rope program.
