promotion, package deal and shipping?

A few questions that were on my mind.

-Is there any planned promotion coming up?
-Will there be any new package deals coming up? i see encyclopidia and 4x7 package or clubell with encyclopidia. Will there be a 4x7 clubell pakage coming up?
-Last question has the shipping issues with canada been fixed? i remember having to have a special link to order from canada not to get killed on the shipping and over priced custome fees that some mail service charge "example here ups charges 45$ off the bat just to look at you pakage if its over 60$, so it can easylie double the price of you items when customes should only cost you a few dollars for small price like that. i ordered some thing worth around 100$ and with regulare mail i only got charged 5$"

To add to the above questions, will there be any digital version of the Free To Move and Prasara Yoga book be made available in the future?

I'm from Malaysia and the shipping cost is quite expensive. Not to mention having to wait for 4 to 6 weeks for my orders to arrive.

dont know if i can say this, but the prasara primer is digital, you can get videos and a pdf to work with. really good stuff.

Yup.. I have the primer already. Fabulous package. Just need more text book material for me to read...
