My 15's are starting to get a little bit light!

Which is a huge accomplishment considering how unwieldy they were, and how much they challenged my grip, wrists ,and elbows when the y first arrived 4 months ago!

So, what's next? Should I go to a pair of 20's? or jump straight to 25's?

    Any thoughts?

actually, I may have just solved my own problem. I found a pair of 5lb ankle weights from a local sporting goods shop that seem to fit perfectly when I strap them onto the end of the Clubbell® head.

And voila!! My 15's just became 20's!

I am finding the 20's quite a jump from the 15's however well within the means of using single handed and doing combinations like swipes and mills with minimal preparation in the component parts.

The 25's however are incredibly challenging for me single handed and whilst I can move them... would require more time working with basic component parts before practicing the combination exercises.

Enjoying the 20's for now.... however if money is an issue and if you are patient to take the time to really practice the basics again at a higher weight then go for the 25's.

I recently made the jump to 20's and the difference between them and the 15's is pretty huge. Go back to how you felt the first time you picked up the 15's and the feeling is pretty similar. I've been practicing things like double front pendulums, side pendulums and hammer swings with them for now. My goal is to start progressing towards a TBF with them.

Oh the 15s, there are always more difficult leverage movements to be conquered. Coupled with an appropriate protocol, you won't outgrow them. Just like what i found out in Mass Assault.

The ultimate would be holding the Clubbell® horizontal at zero choke. Try lifting it in that manner from the floor to overhead.

Slim the Hammer Man for inspiration.
