    Day 6: Low - Intu-Flow®, cool-down... more compensatory movements while following World Championships in Floorball on web ;-)...

    Tomorrow is time again to move KB - That's fine for me after recovery weekend.

    Day 9: Low - Intu-Flow®... Warm-up

    Later in the evening 2 hours Floorball training!! That was really fun.

    Tomorrow I'm travelling to Finland: World Championship on Floorball. That will be 6 days trip and mostly it will be busy time - and not sure if I manage to do much more than daily Intu-Flow®. I would also be most of the time off-line and not updating so often...

    I'm back... 6 days tour and following WC Floorball has been amazing experience - and when in the final match Finland wins 6 - 2 Sweden while over 13 000 crowd is yelling and backing up hometeam. Congrats to Finland! Champs again!

    Training while tour: As I thought it was busy enough that I kept myself in the daily Intu-Flow® routine while waiting morning coffee to be ready.

    I arrived back to Norway and home early Wednesday (4.15 am) after traveling 11 hours and cold like an ice - I got a flu!!! Nose was running down and sore on my throat... sleeping and relaxing whole Wednesday... at the evening last floorball training of the year... as a coach I just told with my "whiskey" voice what to do...

    Today I have been working 9 hours... and still feeling myself awful. Little bit better a while after biting 5 black pepper... and at least 4 liters hot tea with honey... so today has activity been daily Intu-Flow® routine.

    I will follow and wait the feeling to start training again...

    Thanks Miykael

    I'm still struggling and holding with my daily Intu-Flow® routine. Today we were picking up the XmasTree - and afterwards I had to lay down on the couch under the blanket...

    I had also plan to arrange "1000-swings Xmas" - happening with kettlebells, but maybe next year...

    I feel that I still need couple of days to recovery, before start to training... good time to read through Tacfit Warrior ;-)

    Back to training!!! Not the best feeling - but we will see

    Day 10: No + Low - Intu-Flow®, warm-up and cool down - Hmm, little heavy to breath, but not worst - promising...

    Day 11: Mod - Intu-Flow®, warm-up... doing this at work (last day at work before Xmas) with 16 kg KB
    * Round 1: left - feeling to do really slowly
    * Round 2: right - slowly
    * Round 3: left - Start to feel in my breath - and tiredness on my body
    * Round 4: right - heavy breathing - and tired...

    Cool-down, RPE 7... I'm quite happy to manage this so good as I did.

    * Round 3: left - still good pace, but exhausted
    * Round 4: right - I manage this!!!

    Cool-down, RPE 9.

    Day 13: No - well, well it seems I'm training again - woke up 6 am and fit for fight!!! - and worst of all I could sleep as long as I could. That's my life - maybe one reason is also that the sun has turned - yes every day will be lighter and longer ;-)... yes lighter indeed: more snow and heavy wind - snow is moving horizontal - up and down...

    Intu-Flow®, Warm Up - I feel a little bit yesterdays workout in my underarms - specially when rotating, but no problem.
