All roads lead to the same destination... At least that's what some say.. I'm curious, knuckledraggers, about how those of you who reached sub 10% bodyfat accomplished this feat? High carb, low carb, restricted calories, paleo, vegan, NHE, WD, etc? Also, what type of training regimen were you following? What type of effect did it have on your training (negative, positive, neutral?)? I'm actually considering putting together an article on the variety of ways to reach sub 10% bf (considering this is a goal for many athletic males). Thanks in advance.
