Hi all
Some years ago I was introduced to to the methods of training developed by Scott Sonnon, and immediately adopted them with enthusiasm. There was something that felt right about the movements, they left me feeling looser and healthier, with a sense of ever-evolving skill.
Moving to Dubai I lost the connection to my peer group, and eventually ceased training for a while, to my physical and emotional detriment. Recently it became time to get back into CST, and my enthusiastically talking my walk has created a growing interest in Intu-Flow® and FlowFit® as alternatives to conventional fitness approaches.
I am discovering what seems to be strong interest in the benefits Intu-Flow®, and an opportunity to move beyond just my small private training group. The practice of Intu-Flow® will benefit many within this city, and is an answer to an unaddressed need. The often-stressful lifestyle in this part of the world predisposes people to requiring the health benefits IF and FF bring.
I work with a diverse group of individuals, which keeps me learning, motivated and healthy. We have a lot of fun during our sessions, as our training nights are learning and social sessions, always challenging, always stimulating.
In May I will be training in Thailand with Coach Hurst, pursuing the IC.
CST made its most powerful impact on me some years ago when it healed a painful back injury that would flare up and make movement a misery, and restored functionality to a badly injured left arm in just a couple of months of Intu-Flow® practice. CST is results, simply.
I'm open to connecting with CST practitioners in this part of the world and growing the community in this region. I'd say there's a bright future ahead, and 2011 is the year when CST rocks!
