    Hey Llyod

been incorporating cst into my Wing Chun classes for the last 2 years I guess. I also teach it on a private basis and have recently started doing CST classes.

Its an amazing system. Never felt better in my life!

Im working actively to get CST all over SA; we certainly need it here thats for sure!

but great to reconnect - especially thru CST

When we gonna do some workouts in Dubai?

Once I get back to SA at some point, I will be glad to work with you on promoting CST. It's a system that people will love.

Please tell me more about the CST classes you offer. I am very curious to know more.

I have a couple of private CST guinea pigs (unpaid), however I'm seriously wanting to look at awareness-building workshops focusing on Intu-Flow® joint mobility and Prasara. It won't be long before I'm ready to certify, and want the groundwork laid before then.

And also, how are you working on promoting CST in SA? I have been thinking of ways to reach out to the CST community to look at ways of developing awareness here. I could learn from you.

Have you been to Dubai before? I could easily hop on a plane and visit Jhb over a weekend, I'd love to, in fact

I would invite you over if I could arrange a paid short seminar to test the waters. This is one of my next challenges. I may be presenting a demo of Intu-Flow® joint mobility and Prasara to a small group of free divers in a week. There's interest in what CST offers, it would be good to have additional support to put together a full seminar.

What did you have in mind re Dubai?
