Question sweets & alcohol: what day best for that?

I stay away from simple carbs and alcohol during wk-days. Sat and Sun I have a moderate intake of these.

I realize now that this wk-end indulging does not always fall on the same days of my 4x7 cycles.

The Question I'd like y'alls help with is:
would I better off limiting this moderate intake of simple carbs & alcohol to a specific day in my 4x7 cycle? and, if so, what day is that? HIGH? MOD? LOW? NO?

    Thanks!

If your main concern is fat loss then you would probably want to be consuming those on your High intensity day since that is when you will be burning more calories.

Everyone should enjoy them selves but remember what your training for. Moderation is key! What are tour goals?
