i will be fighting in april this is my training schedule for my first mma fight.
MON: med intensity tac kettlebell also 1hr bjj
TUE: med - hi in mma
WED: no in tac warmup also static side splits whilst stretching to the side relaxed stretch.
THU: med-hi in mma
FRI: hi in mma and tac kbell
SAT: no in warmup
SUN: low in cooldown also side splits stretch stretching to the side isometric stretch.
I am using 20 kg kettlebells as i need to improve more of the strength in my endurance at grunt level. Also using the tacfit warrior diet and mental training.
