I am a "hardgainer" and started mass-assault (love it)...
1) in the cooldown series - there is a "locust"-variation - do I have to move the ellbow-pits forward (so the ellbow-bits look both fwd). or backward? only forward makes sense, or? otherwise i clench my shoulders....
2)Herman - you showed me the great book "satisfaction" transformation ! - There is a product in it called "Tacfit" - is this "Tacfit 26"?
3) Is there a strong lady out there? I need a very effective program for a ladies - top-bum ("ass") (sorry to ask it here), and a strong upper-leg area? any hints? many women have good figure but this area is difficult... any idea?
