In the summer i started the tacfit commando program and i was very motivated to work out every day while doing biomechanical exercises before the workout.
But a week ago i went back to school (this is my final year in high school) just by the time i finished the first mission of tacfit commando and my next mission is from the tacfit warrior system. but the problem is that every day after i come back from school and do my homeworks, i find myself somewhat tired to do the workout and i end up not doing it. even when i have a lot of work to do, i still can find time to do it but i feel tired and i don't do the workout. and the thing is that later in the evening (when it's 'too late' to work out) i get sometimes this energetic feeling of wanting to exercise!
can you please help me with this issue? i'm in no way suggesting that training is more important than my studies, i just want to find a way to get the best of both worlds
