    Closing comments:

    Doing a different Moderate and High workout gives me less DOMS on the days following the High Day.

    I very much prefer bodyweight exercises for its convenience.

    Still have to tweak some of the exercises and variations to have a balanced training effect, particularly not too much arms/upper body.
