    What online CST exercises do you want to see?

    On the upcoming new website, we will have a library of CST exercises for free online demo viewing. Please post which exercises are your favorites and which you would like most to have constant access to.

    Thanks. I hope to give you as much access to free information as possible with this new technology our webdesigner is using.

    Exercises

    I know it's asking a lot. But I'd like to see the videos for the C4 too. I purchased the book and the pictures are good, but once in a while i get a little confused as to the movements (especially the reverse mill) because the pictures don't show the movement between the snapshots. If it isn't too much trouble, mayhap there could be a sub-section for people who purchased the book to watch the video-clips, but then there's the question of finding out who actually purchased the book etc.

    Anything with the spine (i.e. "lumbarred from...") 8)

    More leg stuff (something to compete with the "Hindu Squat" but more sophisticated-a screw-up for the legs) :twisted:

    all the above, plus a kinetic chain or two either from Bodyflow or other ones developed since, like the ones Coach Szolek recommended in the OCS manual.
